R. v. I.B.
The accused, I.B. was charged with 5 counts of aiding and abetting in a breach of probation order. The accused was then placed under arrest and later released from police custody on an OIC undertaking. The counsel was able to have all the charges withdrawn after convincing the crown counsel that it was not in the public interest to proceed with the case.
