Personation With Intent

R. v. K.N.:

The accused, K.N. was charged with personation with intent and was reissued his provincial offenses notice for being intoxicated in a public place and having liquor in an open container in an unauthorized place. Jonathan Pyzer represented the accused. As a result of pretrial discussions and materials, we were successfully able to obtain and submit on the client’s behalf. We were able to have the crown agree to the diversion and withdrawal of charges due to the client’s sympathetic mental health and drug abuse issues.
